AI Quality Automation Engineer, DTG

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; primarily in-office work is required, except during paid time off, work travel, or other approved leave.

What you will do

• Develop and execute automated test suites and AI-enabled evaluation frameworks for complex Master Data Management pipelines.
• Evolve QA processes, automation platforms, and quality practices across MDM.
• Expand end-to-end AI testing platforms using generative AI and emerging AI capabilities.
• Experiment with AI agents and agentic workflows for test creation, validation, troubleshooting, and software delivery.
• Build and maintain CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions and integrate telemetry and monitoring for improved observability.
• Partner with software, data, and QA engineering teams to establish quality checks, test plans, and validation metrics for enterprise data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Quality Engineering, test automation, software engineering, or data platform testing.
• Hands-on Python experience and practical experience building automated tests, test frameworks, API automation, or data validation solutions.
• Strong understanding of QA and automated testing, with an interest in improving quality processes, platforms, and tooling.
• Ability to investigate technical issues, develop practical solutions, and collaborate with software, data, and quality engineering teams.
• Ability and expectation to work from the Prague, Czech Republic office under company policies.
