What you will do
- Own functional, regression, feature, bug-fix, and release testing for multi-tiered, data-driven applications.
- Write and maintain automated UI, API, integration, and performance tests.
- Perform data validation and support application and environment stability.
- Create and maintain project test plans, document issues, and assist with resolution.
- Define and track QA metrics, analyze software process data, and drive quality improvements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment and support deployments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8+ years of QA experience testing web applications.
- Expertise in API and integration testing, including REST APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, webhooks, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
- Hands-on experience with Postman, Selenium WebDriver, and TestNG; Playwright experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python, Powershell, or Java, plus working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira, Zephyr Scale, Confluence, or Harness; familiarity with AI-powered quality tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Gemini.
