What you will do

• Optimize the AI/ML-based product, specifically working with large language models (LLMs).
• Identify, structure, and solve complex technical problems in a pragmatic manner.
• Implement projects that provide measurable value to the business.
• Experiment with new technologies and optimize GPU orchestration and computational efficiency.
• Communicate technical concepts between data scientists, developers, product management, and business owners.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics or a similar field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, ideally within a startup or fintech environment.
• Extensive hands-on experience with hosting, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation of open-source LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and data packages (Pandas, Numpy) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Transformers).
• Deep knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with web frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.
