Fullstack Developer

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work with in-office days

What you will do

• Build and evolve end-to-end product features across backend, frontend, and APIs.
• Partner with Product and Design to deliver simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Balance delivery speed, quality, and long-term maintainability.
• Own features in production, including iteration, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to shared engineering standards, tooling, and practices within an empowered product squad.

Requirements

• Experience building fullstack product features in a modern web environment.
• Comfort working across backend, frontend, and APIs.
• Strong product and customer intuition.
• Ownership of production features and effective collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and commitment to improving technical craft.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and Django.
• Experience with TypeScript and React.
• Experience with AWS or fintech products.
