Deployed Intelligence Engineer (AI)

Location: Must be based in NYC and able to work on-site at the Flatiron office

Compensation: $100,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own post-sale success for accounts from kickoff to adoption and expansion.
• Translate complex business goals into intelligent agent workflows.
• Lead client engagements, workshops, and training sessions.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and the internal Engineering team.
• Provide constant feedback on product improvements to shape the platform's future.

Requirements

• Must be based in NYC and willing to work full-time in-office.
• 4+ years of experience at a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS or fintech startup.
• Extensive experience managing enterprise relations, ideally with large accounting firms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across senior and junior stakeholders.
• Process-oriented mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into repeatable steps.
• Excitement for AI and its potential to transform accounting practices.

Nice to have

• Accounting experience or CPA certification.
