FP&A Technical Account Manager (Fintech)

Location: 100% remote for candidates in the United States. No sponsorship or relocation assistance is available. Work your local time zone.

Base compensation: $90,000–$110,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Partner with existing customers to design and implement add-on products.
• Serve as the technical expert on the full product suite and help customers unlock additional value.
• Advise customers on financial processes and reporting within the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations on strategic initiatives and roadmap development.
• Build relationships with Controllers, Directors of Finance, CFOs, and other customer stakeholders.
• Develop and improve playbooks, resources, and processes for add-on product engagements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Finance or accounting background preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, and complex models.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, expectation-management, and customer-guidance skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
