Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, DX (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California; primarily in-office at the Bellevue office in accordance with company policies.

Annual base salary: $180,000–$270,000 USD, with possible incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Develop applications across the full stack, balancing frontend and backend work across customer-facing and internal products.
• Build subscription, commerce, and as-a-Service features that address customer needs and create new revenue sources.
• Develop web infrastructure and real-time data processing pipelines for petabyte-scale data flows.
• Design and maintain SaaS tools for managing large fleets of storage devices and diagnosing issues across the stack.
• Experiment with AI, Kubernetes, containers, micro-frontends, and other architectural patterns.
• Lead project implementation from requirements and design through production, coordinating engineers and contributing to testing, reviews, documentation, CI, and CD.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience designing, implementing, and testing product components.
• 5+ years of combined experience with Java and JavaScript, or equivalent experience.
• Experience driving projects from requirements to release and directing other engineers.
• Experience using AI tools to generate production-quality code and familiarity with current AI development tools.
• Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and networking infrastructure.
• Ability to work primarily from the Bellevue office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, TypeScript, Angular, or NoSQL.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve development and process efficiency.
