Staff AI Platform Engineer (Generative AI/DevTools): Building production-grade agentic AI infrastructure and distributed LLM workflows that enable 200+ engineers to use AI safely and reliably with an accent on developer tooling, AI governance, and software quality measurement. Focus on designing multi-agent systems, isolating parallel sessions, delegating to subagents, and creating self-improving feedback loops across the software development lifecycle.

What you will do
- Build rigorous measurement frameworks to improve software quality in an AI-accelerated engineering organization.
- Design guardrails for LLM usage, data privacy, cost management, compliance, and security.
- Embed autonomous workflows, coding agents, and tool and context design into the software development lifecycle.
- Lead the organization-wide adoption of AI developer tooling and establish production practices across engineering teams.
- Design and deploy production-grade multi-agent systems, including parallel session isolation, subagent delegation, and self-improving feedback loops.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building production-ready autonomous agent pipelines, coding agents, and complex LLM workflows.
- Strong interest in developer experience, productivity tools, DevTools, and engineering automation.
- Experience driving technical adoption and influencing engineering culture across large teams of approximately 200+ engineers.
- Background as a CTO, Tech Lead, Platform Engineering Manager, or in a comparable role combining rapid delivery with rigorous systems thinking.
- Legal authorization to work is required for hired candidates.
