What you will do
- Build and ship end-to-end AI-driven features and agentic workflows from experimentation through validation and production deployment.
- Design scalable backend services supporting production-grade agentic AI capabilities.
- Develop solutions using LLMs, AI agents, multi-agent systems, and generative AI frameworks.
- Evaluate agentic architectures and model performance while owning monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement in production.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and analysts to advance AI capabilities across the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on backend software engineering experience.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or generative AI systems with modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments.
- Self-driven approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent architectures or agentic evaluation frameworks.
- Familiarity with C# or polyglot engineering environments.
