What you will do

• Define and continuously evolve the internal AI transformation strategy across operations, engineering enablement, knowledge management, and workforce productivity.
• Map workflows across Marketing, Sales, HR, Delivery, R&D, Product, and other departments to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Deploy recurring autonomous workflows, including automated reporting and monitoring, using AI agents.
• Architect and manage a centralized, machine-readable enterprise knowledge repository supporting AI context engines, RAG pipelines, and employee query systems.
• Build a company-wide platform for creating, managing, and sharing AI agents integrated with internal enterprise systems.
• Establish AI governance, security, cost management, and acceptable-use practices with the CISO and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Experience defining and executing technology or operational strategies and translating AI trends into structured corporate roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, autonomous systems, software architecture, data engineering, LLMs, RAG, and API integrations.
• Significant experience in technology leadership, internal product management, platform engineering, or digital transformation.
• Understanding of autonomous agents and their impact on job functions, workforce assessment, and human-machine collaboration.
• Exceptional communication skills for working with R&D, Legal, and C-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to orchestrate company-wide transformations and establish methodologies in an undefined environment.
