What you will do
- Lead a pod of search experience professionals, managing 2–4 specialists through senior strategists.
- Build development plans, coaching cadences, mentorship programs, and performance management processes.
- Provide executive-level client oversight, hands-on strategic support, and first-line escalation management.
- Contribute to audits, pitches, case studies, account growth, and service expansion opportunities.
- Own pod-level quality assurance and advance the Search Experience offering across SEO, GEO/AEO, content, and AI search.
- Use Claude, Omega, Iris, and Nova to automate rank tracking, visibility monitoring, reporting, and QA analysis.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of digital marketing experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
- At least 5 years of hands-on search experience execution.
- 3+ years of team management experience, including performance management and development planning.
- Working knowledge of organic search, GEO/AEO concepts, and AI search behaviors.
- Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required.
- Strong communication, organization, project management, interpersonal, and independent-learning skills, with demonstrated use of AI to optimize workflows.
