Team Lead in Organic Growth Strategy

Location: USA - Remote

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a small group of Organic Growth Strategists through bi-weekly 1:1s, feedback, coaching, and performance conversations.
• Maintain quality standards through selective QA, risk assessment, and guidance on client deliverables.
• Manage a personal book of B2B software clients, delivering strategic organic growth work at a senior individual-contributor level.
• Screen and interview Strategist candidates and manage onboarding for new team members.
• Identify workflow friction, document best practices, and contribute to scalable SOPs.
• Build AI-enabled strategy workflows while helping Strategists use AI without replacing professional judgment.

Requirements

• Senior Organic Growth Strategist ready to lead while remaining hands-on with strategy and client delivery.
• Strong understanding of organic search and its connection to broader business outcomes.
• Ability to analyze Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, competitive data, and develop clear strategic recommendations.
• Direct leadership style with strong coaching, feedback, organization, and performance-management skills.
• Existing experience integrating AI into strategic workflows and extending the capabilities of relevant tools.
• High agency, strong business judgment, and commitment to developing Strategist capability.
