Product/Solution Specialist (CTRM)

What you will do

• Manage the CTRM product lifecycle from ideation and development through launch in line with the solution roadmap.
• Define clear, detailed functional specifications for product improvements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on trade pricing, trade lifecycle operations, risk calculations, and reporting.
• Collaborate with clients to align functional developments with their requirements.
• Support prospective clients by explaining how the solutions can improve their operations and business practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with E/CTRM systems focused on risk.
• Strong understanding of commodity and/or energy markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to expert and non-expert audiences.
• Experience liaising between technical and business stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and drive product enhancements.
• Ability to identify creative solutions to business and technical problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global CTRM or ETRM products and risk management.
• Professional experience in the commodities sector, particularly agriculture.
• Experience with cloud-deployed software, AI productivity tools, or AI-augmented system capabilities.
