Senior Product Manager (AI & Learner Experience)

What you will do

• Own parts of the learner journey from prospective-student discovery and enrollment through learning.
• Develop and improve B2C product experiences that encourage learners to return and stay engaged.
• Ship real products, features, and AI-enabled solutions, iterating based on user behavior and feedback.
• Drive measurable improvements in retention, conversion, and engagement.
• Work closely with engineers on systems, APIs, and AI model trade-offs.
• Manage a team while operating with speed, simplicity, and ownership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2C product management.
• Proven track record of improving retention, engagement, or conversion, with measurable results.
• Recent hands-on experience building and shipping a product, feature, or side project used by real people.
• Experience using AI tools daily and shipping something with AI within the last 3–6 months.
• Technical fluency in systems, APIs, and model trade-offs; familiarity with tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Supabase, or Vercel.
• Experience managing a team and working effectively through ambiguity.

Nice to have

• Experience in edtech.
• Background in fintech, subscriptions, consumer SaaS, or mission-driven consumer products.
