Senior Product Manager (Endpoint Agent)

Focus on translating business vision into technical specifications for low-level platform components and telemetry pipelines.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for the Endpoint Agent across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
• Translate executive strategy and customer insights into coherent technical roadmaps and specifications.
• Ensure the agent remains invisible to end users, tamper-proof, and resilient in hostile environments.
• Define and defend strict performance benchmarks for CPU, memory, and network consumption.
• Establish and track critical product KPIs, including adoption, stability, and detection coverage.
• Maintain strategic relationships with OS vendors (Microsoft, Apple) and MDM/AV/EDR providers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years owning technical platforms or systems-level products.
• Must be based in Ukraine.
• Deep technical understanding of Windows and macOS architectures (e.g., system extensions).
• Proven track record shipping endpoint security (EDR, EPP, XDR) or OS-level tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively across engineering, customer, and executive audiences.
• Strong written communication skills for PRDs and technical specs.

Nice to have

• Previous engineering background in kernel, driver, or low-level platform programming.
• Experience with Windows Filter Drivers, macOS Endpoint Security framework, or Linux eBPF.
• Familiarity with MDM ecosystems (Jamf, Intune) and AI/ML at the edge.
• Background in insider risk, DLP, or behavioral analytics.
