Senior Product Owner (Vision AI)

Location: Belgrade, Serbia; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Own end-to-end analysis and documentation for complex features across multiple product domains.
• Write and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and technical requirements.
• Partner with Product Management and PMO on release planning, priorities, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Operations, UX, Sales, and other customer-facing teams.
• Identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities, and facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops.
• Create customer-ready documentation and mentor junior Product Owners and Analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Advanced requirements analysis and product documentation skills.
• Strong understanding of product architecture, system flows, and dependencies.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, VS Code, Draw.io, PlantUML, and MS Office.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong stakeholder communication, mentoring, ownership, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving skills.
