Technician 3, Production Test (PCB Debug)

Location: Onsite in Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia; 12-hour rotation shifts required.

What you will do

• Inspect and test printed circuit boards to identify electrical, mechanical, and design issues.
• Analyze PCB circuitry and components using testing equipment and diagnostic tools.
• Interpret error reports and test results to diagnose PCB failures and malfunctions.
• Isolate root causes and support the resolution of PCB functionality issues.
• Maintain accurate testing records and keep equipment and manuals organized.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Technology.
• At least 2 years of recent experience in a relevant specialty or related field.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotation shifts.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics and use soldering equipment.
• Problem-solving, communication, eye-hand coordination, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the electronics industry.
• SDD or HDD-related experience.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
