Salary: $80,000–$110,000 annually, with potential discretionary bonuses.

What you will do
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with operational goals and establish KPIs to measure results.
- Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, process mapping, and statistical analysis.
- Lead continuous improvement projects from initiation through completion, managing scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Train employees in continuous improvement methodologies and foster participation in improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, engineering, and supply chain teams; communicate progress, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Document process improvements, sustain changes through standard operating procedures, and monitor ongoing performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, operations management, or process engineering, preferably in healthcare or medical device manufacturing.
- Experience leading continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
