Customer Program Manager (CMOS)

What you will do

• Act as the internal voice of the customer and ensure customer requirements shape product and engineering decisions.
• Lead customer programs from requirements through execution and delivery, managing schedules, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
• Translate system-level customer requirements into actionable internal requirements and validation criteria.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Applications/FAE, Quality, Operations, and Sales to resolve blockers and deliver outcomes.
• Manage risks, actions, issues, decisions, escalation paths, and internal commitments.
• Prepare customer-facing status updates, executive summaries, roadmap reviews, QBR materials, and escalation narratives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductors in program management, applications engineering, customer engineering, product management, technical account management, or a similar field.
• Strong technical capability and confidence discussing CMOS product architectures, integration, and tradeoffs.
• Ability to advocate for customer needs while driving internal execution and balancing technical and business constraints.
• Strong program management discipline and executive communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting complex silicon from evaluation through design-in, qualification, and ramp.
• Familiarity with quality and reliability, PCN/EOL processes, and supply and ramp dynamics.
• Experience managing multi-site, cross-time-zone stakeholders.
