Finance Business Systems Analyst Lead (ERP)

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States

Annual base salary: $112,300–$154,000, plus equity and benefits.

Develops and operates digitally enabled laser metal additive manufacturing and precision machining capabilities for aerospace, defense, medical, and other essential industries.

What you will do

• Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements for system enhancements and implementations.
• Analyze business-process gaps and recommend best-practice process and system solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize Epicor workflows and finance-related business processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead finance system upgrades and enhancements across requirements, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Govern the part-creation process by establishing monitoring, controls, and review procedures.
• Lead UAT, issue resolution, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a strategic systems roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of end-to-end processes across supply chain, logistics, finance, manufacturing, and operations.
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, prioritization, and ownership skills.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Epicor or a similar ERP platform.
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
