Security Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Lead physical security, access control, security operations, emergency response coordination, and security infrastructure for Florida facilities.
• Develop and execute site security strategies for personnel, facilities, equipment, intellectual property, critical infrastructure, and company assets.
• Manage contracted security personnel and oversee security technology systems.
• Lead investigations and coordinate emergency response activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison with federal, military, state, and local security stakeholders.
• Partner with site leadership, facilities, operations, IT, environmental health and safety, and government teams.

Requirements

• Experience leading physical security and security operations for complex facilities.
• Sound judgment, professionalism, trustworthiness, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-stakes operational environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and meet applicable ITAR requirements.
