Regional Security Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Austin, TX or New York, NY

Salary: $221,000 – $310,000

What you will do

• Own physical security operations across a regional cluster, including site posture, performance, and incident management.
• Lead regional security teams and contract guard forces to ensure high standards of discipline and execution.
• Serve as the primary security point of contact for enterprise customer audits, site visits, and contractual obligations.
• Standardize SOPs, post orders, and access management protocols across all facilities in the region.
• Partner with operations, facilities, and construction teams to integrate security into the growth of the region.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning physical security across multiple sites or a region.
• Demonstrated leadership of security teams and contract guard forces.
• Ability to manage both high-level executive briefings and hands-on site perimeter inspections.
• Experience carrying security commitments through enterprise customer audits and contracts.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with hyperscale or data center security.
• Fluency in physical security systems such as ACS and VMS.
• Background in managing large-scale guard force vendors.
