Site Security Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Buffalo, NY; Barber Lake, TX; Houston, TX; or Lubbock, TX

Compensation: $143,000 – $238,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own accountability for all security systems, processes, and policies at the assigned site.
• Act as the primary on-site escalation point for security-related issues across physical, IT, and operational domains.
• Manage and hold contracted vendors accountable for guard force, access control, and camera system performance.
• Drive incident response from initial notification through resolution and after-action reporting.
• Enforce security standards and identify gaps between documented policy and on-site reality.
• Represent security requirements in site-level planning, construction, and operational changes.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading site-level security at a data center or critical infrastructure facility.
• Demonstrated ability to act as a primary escalation point for complex security issues.
• Experience managing guard, access control, and camera vendors against SLAs.
• Strong incident response coordination skills across internal and external teams.
• Ability to identify and remediate gaps in security policy implementation.
• Clear and decisive communication skills under high-pressure conditions.
