Site Security Manager

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operational security for the Munich site, including personnel, shift operations, patrols, access control, visitor management, and key management.
• Operate and maintain security systems such as CCTV, alarms, access control, and security reporting tools.
• Respond to unauthorized access, alarm events, suspicious activity, procedural violations, emergencies, and security system failures.
• Assess risks, coordinate appropriate responses, document incidents, and escalate significant risks and incidents to the Regional Security Manager.
• Coordinate external security providers and collaborate with Security, Facility Management, Operations, IT, contractors, and emergency services.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of site security standards and contribute to business continuity and operational resilience.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in security operations, site security, industrial security, corporate security, or a comparable environment.
• Practical experience with CCTV, access control systems, alarm management, key management, and security reporting.
• Relevant security qualification, such as §34a GewO or an equivalent professional background.
• Strong leadership skills, including team coordination, employee development, and conflict resolution.
• Knowledge of physical, technical, and organizational security measures and common Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial, production, defence, critical infrastructure, technology, or other high-security environments.
• Law enforcement, military, or comparable professional experience.
