Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own outcomes and product strategy for a strategic domain within the Recognition Experience.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps, connecting OKRs to epic-level increments and sprint goals.
• Lead customer discovery, experimentation, measurement, and prioritization using qualitative, competitive, operational, and user research data.
• Build modern, intuitive AI-powered experiences for employee appreciation, recognition, and celebration.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Product, Customer Excellence, Product Marketing, and senior leaders to simplify legacy complexity and scale enterprise experiences.
• Mentor junior product professionals and enable delivery teams through requirements clarification, prioritization, test-plan reviews, development reviews, and Scrum rituals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, or equivalent, owning user-facing software products at scale.
• Experience in SaaS, employee experience, collaboration, consumer, marketplace, social, or similarly complex product environments.
• Strong product discovery skills and the ability to turn ambiguous user problems into simple, useful, measurable experiences.
• Systems thinking across legacy complexity, enterprise configuration, edge cases, dependencies, performance, accessibility, and operational constraints.
• Practical experience with qualitative research, analytics, experimentation, and product instrumentation.
• Strong judgment regarding AI-powered product capabilities, including trust, quality, usability, and measurable value.
