AI Search Strategist (AI)

What you will do

• Onboard and activate key clients, educating them on how to improve their visibility in AI search.
• Review websites, content, and search performance to identify opportunities across search engines, AI assistants, and generative surfaces.
• Run advisory sessions for leading brands and agencies, translating growth goals into actionable GEO strategies and roadmaps.
• Consult mid-sized and enterprise clients on GEO strategy and operational execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Growth, and Product on activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement programs.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, ideally at a top-tier SEO agency.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and organic performance measurement.
• Strong consulting and presentation skills, with the ability to challenge client thinking constructively.
• Ability to explain SEO concepts in clear, actionable language for marketing and brand teams.
• Confident written and verbal English for client calls, workshops, and recommendations.
• Motivation to work at the frontier of generative search and AI-powered discovery.

Nice to have

• Experience building SEO playbooks, content strategies, or measurement frameworks.
• Initial experience with AI search.
• Experience with enterprise and other high-touch clients.
• Background in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing technology environment.
• Confident written and verbal German for client communication.
