SEO/AEO Operations Specialist

Location: Must be based in the US (New York, San Francisco, or remote)

Compensation: $100,000 – $115,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Build repeatable SEO/AEO project frameworks including keyword research, prompt mapping, and content gap analysis.
• Transform ad hoc research and execution requests into standard, scalable workflows.
• Maintain playbooks and templates to allow senior staff to focus on client strategy.
• Deliver high-quality, behind-the-scenes fulfillment work to support client-facing teams.
• Identify patterns across projects to develop new processes, templates, and tools.

Requirements

• Must have US work authorization
• Hands-on experience with keyword research, heat mapping, or similar SEO/content research.
• Builder mindset with a preference for creating repeatable processes over manual execution.
• Ability to work independently on detail-heavy projects.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and curiosity about AEO and AI answer engines.
• Strong organizational skills to manage requests from multiple senior teammates.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global or similar SEO/content tooling.
• Prior exposure to AEO, LLM citation tracking, or answer engine research.
• Interest in growing into a client-facing AEO role.
