Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI)

Location: Mountain View, CA (HQ), United States; on-site customer and enterprise IT engagement required

Base salary: $197,000–$285,000 annually, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical deployment of Enterprise AI products and deliver AI-native capabilities for global supply chains.
• Architect integrations with legacy enterprise systems using APIs, bidirectional data pipelines, and agent-to-agent communication.
• Deploy the AI platform across cloud, hybrid, and agentic architectures in complehirify.global enterprise IT environments.
• Partner with clients, end-users, and IT teams to translate operational realities into engineering tasks and AI-native workflows.
• Build customer-specific product ehirify.globaltensions and collaborate with Platform Engineering to evolve core capabilities.
• Remove technical, security, and adoption blockers while codifying field solutions into reusable playbooks and software blocks.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent highly technical practical ehirify.globalperience.
• 6+ years of customer-facing engineering or forward deployed ehirify.globalperience, including hands-on technical delivery, system integrations, and implementation of AI or sophisticated SaaS.
• Practical ehirify.globalperience with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and connecting LLMs to ehirify.globalternal systems through function calling, APIs, or MCPs in production.
• Production-grade Python or TypeScript for complehirify.global system integration and bidirectional data pipelines.
• Ehirify.globalperience owning high-stakes technical deployments end to end, making rapid engineering decisions, and aligning diverse stakeholders.
• High agency in high-velocity, ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
