Senior Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York, United States

Salary: $190,000–$240,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Develop features and products from the ground up with the engineering team and founders.
• Design, build, and scale production-grade software applications and systems.
• Contribute to generative AI, voice, and transcription products and technologies.
• Participate in design, development, and technical decision-making discussions.
• Engage with healthcare professionals to tailor software solutions to real-world needs.
• Build scalable software that complies with HIPAA and other security standards.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of industry engineering experience with demonstrated impact at a major technology company or high-growth startup.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and experience designing, building, and scaling production-grade applications or systems.
• Ability to work across design, development, testing, and occasional support.
• Comfort with rapid iteration, experimentation, ambiguity, and learning from failure.
• Availability for a hybrid role in San Francisco or New York.
