C# Developer - Risk Technology (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and develop reliable solutions supporting critical business functions.
• Optimize, automate, and enhance risk systems, including reporting and position management.
• Build middleware, backend services, and full-stack web-based solutions.
• Write maintainable, performant code and comprehensive automated tests.
• Analyze, document, and communicate design decisions.
• Collaborate with traders, risk specialists, developers, SREs, and infrastructure engineers.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and system design skills.
• Excellent C# development ability with a strong focus on testing.
• Experience with .NET Core.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and containerization with Docker and/or Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of financial markets and securities, particularly equities, bonds, futures, and options.
• Experience with derivative pricing, risk management, Python libraries such as pandas and NumPy, SQL, or large-scale data handling.
• Modern frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with event-driven design, DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing, multithreading, distributed systems, message queues, fault tolerance, Prometheus, or Grafana.
