What you will do

• Develop and optimize high-performance backend systems for options trading and market-making strategies.
• Build real-time systems and large-scale computations capable of processing massive datasets.
• Design, profile, and improve multithreaded software with a focus on performance and stability.
• Collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, systems engineers, network architects, and technical analysts.
• Work in C# and adapt to additional programming languages as needed.

Requirements

• Extensive C++ development experience, including design, profiling, object-oriented programming, multithreading, and performance-focused backend development.
• Knowledge of financial markets and derivatives products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with quoting systems and market-making strategies.
• Experience with Python on Windows or Linux.
