Associate Engineer Equipment Engineering (Lithography)

Location: Singapore; onsite work with 12-hour rotating shifts

What you will do

• Follow standard operating procedures and carry out CAS activities according to specifications.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and maintain lithography support equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and minimize production downtime.
• Support the installation and hookup of new or upgraded equipment alongside engineers.
• Monitor SPC charts using SPACE, collect measurement data, and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Coordinate with specialists to support module efficiency, wafer scrap reduction, housekeeping, and equipment safety.

Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in the electrical or electronics industry.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and support overtime.
• Logical, self-motivated, meticulous, disciplined, and accountable.
• Strong teamwork and flexibility.
• Ability to comply with environmental, health, safety, and security requirements.
