What you will do

• Assemble, align, and integrate mechanical and electrical sub-systems for sputtering equipment.
• Install critical components including vacuum chambers, pumps, valves, and control panels.
• Conduct functional and quality testing during and after equipment installation.
• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and rework as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement build improvements and reliability enhancements.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety and cleanroom protocols.

Requirements

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with equipment assembly or mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.
• Willingness to transition to a permanent 12-hour shift (including nights/weekends) as required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with torque wrenches, multimeters, and vacuum gauges.
• Prior experience working with vacuum systems.
• Relevant internship or project experience for fresh graduates.
