What you will do

  • Coordinate the firm's regulatory relationships and EMEA compliance deliverables, including enquiries from the FCA and PRA.
  • Interpret regulatory information requests, identify data owners and sources, and review trading data, communications, recordings, and client documentation.
  • Coordinate regulatory meetings, audits, and reviews, including preparation for and attendance at FCA onsite meetings.
  • Support governance arrangements and the framework for Senior Manager Arrangements.
  • Deliver regulatory programme workstreams, compliance management reporting, business planning, and conduct initiatives.
  • Facilitate regulatory licensing applications, fee payments, and Compliance-owned non-financial regulatory reports.

Requirements

  • Experience in a UK regulatory engagement role or a similar function.
  • Familiarity with the UK and/or EU financial services regulatory framework.
  • Experience in Compliance or a risk-based function.
  • Experience delivering strategic projects or change management initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and work independently and collaboratively.
