What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with regulators, primarily the FCA and PRA.
• Coordinate regulatory audits, onsite meetings, and information requests.
• Oversee the framework for Senior Manager Arrangements and governance.
• Produce compliance management reporting and business plans for the EMEA division.
• Facilitate regulatory licensing applications and non-financial regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with internal business units to mitigate regulatory and reputational risks.

Requirements

• Experience in a UK regulatory engagement role or similar compliance function.
• Familiarity with UK and/or EU financial services regulatory frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for liaising with regulators.
• Proven experience in delivering strategic projects or change management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-pressure environment.
