What you will do
- Manage day-to-day relationships with regulators, primarily the FCA and PRA.
- Coordinate regulatory audits, onsite meetings, and information requests.
- Oversee the framework for Senior Manager Arrangements and governance.
- Produce compliance management reporting and business plans for the EMEA division.
- Facilitate regulatory licensing applications and non-financial regulatory reporting.
- Collaborate with internal business units to mitigate regulatory and reputational risks.
Requirements
- Experience in a UK regulatory engagement role or similar compliance function.
- Familiarity with UK and/or EU financial services regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for liaising with regulators.
- Proven experience in delivering strategic projects or change management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-pressure environment.
