Corporate Development Associate

Location: Devens, Massachusetts, United States

Annual base salary: $106,000–$145,750, plus equity.

What you will do

• Manage data rooms and diligence workflows across active financing processes.
• Build and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and transaction materials.
• Prepare investor presentations, process trackers, and internal updates.
• Coordinate information requests across finance, legal, and operations teams and work with external advisors and counterparties.
• Support the evaluation of M&A targets and strategic alternatives.
• Help establish a formal, institutional Corporate Development function.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling and the ability to maintain and audit existing models.
• Experience with sell-side equity financing and buy-side M&A processes.
• Strong PowerPoint and financial materials production skills with board-quality output.
• Prior transaction experience and familiarity with diligence processes and data rooms.
• Ability to work independently and in detail on a lean team with direct exposure to senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Complex or transaction-grade financial modeling experience.
• End-to-end management of sell-side or buy-side processes.
• Experience in industrial technology, advanced manufacturing, or aerospace and defense.
• Exposure to structured finance or project finance.
