What you will do
- Execute mechanical, environmental, and reliability tests according to approved plans and procedures.
- Set up test equipment, instrumentation, fixtures, and data acquisition systems.
- Prepare samples, maintain laboratory equipment and work areas, and troubleshoot test systems.
- Collect, organize, and document test data, observations, anomalies, failures, and results.
- Support product validation, failure investigations, root cause analysis, and supplier qualification testing.
- Verify compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, applicable standards, and safety practices.
Requirements
- Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering technology, manufacturing technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical testing, laboratory testing, or product validation.
- Experience operating mechanical test equipment, environmental chambers, and measurement instruments.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Fluent Mandarin is required; basic English proficiency is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience with supplier qualification or quality assurance programs.
- Familiarity with data acquisition systems and test automation tools.
- Experience in power electronics, energy storage, industrial equipment, or related industries.
- Knowledge of ISO-based quality systems and laboratory best practices.
