Global Head of Communications (Fintech)

hirify.global provides payment infrastructure across Southeast Asia and is expanding into Greater China and Latin America, offering APIs, eCommerce integrations, KYC solutions, fraud prevention, payroll and loan disbursement services.

What you will do

• Define and evolve hirify.global's corporate narrative across markets, audiences, and communication channels.
• Build proactive reputation strategies and lead crisis communications and issue management.
• Advise senior leaders on speeches, thought leadership, media interviews, internal communications, and company-wide messaging.
• Develop relationships with business, financial, and technology media across Asia and globally.
• Build internal communication programs connecting employees with the company's mission, strategy, priorities, and culture.
• Partner with People and Talent Acquisition to strengthen employer branding and attract talent.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of experience leading corporate communications, public affairs, executive communications, or reputation management.
• Experience building communications programs in high-growth technology, fintech, financial services, or enterprise software companies.
• Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editorial judgment.
• Proven experience advising senior executives on strategic communications.
• Experience managing complex, high-profile, or sensitive situations.
• Deep understanding of media and communications across Asia, with experience working across countries, cultures, and stakeholder groups.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or digital infrastructure.
• Established relationships with leading business, technology, and financial media.
• Experience building and scaling communications teams in fast-growing organizations.
