TL;DR
Product Designer (AI) (AI/Risk & Compliance): Designing core product workflows for an AI platform that helps fraud, Trust & Safety, and Risk & Compliance teams review cases, investigate risk, and make confident decisions with an accent on complex workflows, information architecture, and trustworthy AI experiences. Focus on translating technical AI and investigation processes into intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, and building design systems and practices from 0 to 1.
Location: In-person in San Francisco, CA, United States

What you will do
- Own product design for core workflows across the platform.
- Translate complex AI, data, and investigation workflows into clear, trusted, and usable product experiences.
- Partner with founders, product, and engineering on product strategy, user flows, and feature requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design system components.
- Conduct customer and user research to understand operator workflows, pain points, and decision-making needs.
- Design interfaces for reviewing cases, investigating risk, understanding AI outputs, and taking action.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of product design experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, data, infrastructure, risk, compliance, fraud, security, or enterprise software.
- Ability to simplify complex technical workflows and design complex information architecture, permissions, data, and decision-making interfaces.
- Experience owning product design end-to-end, from research and problem definition through shipped product.
- Strong visual, interaction, written communication, and systems-thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, design, sales, leadership, and go-to-market teams.
- Ability to work in person from the San Francisco office.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI/ML, fraud, compliance, risk, Trust & Safety, case management, investigations, or enterprise operations.
