IT Support Engineer

Location: On-site in Abu Dhabi or Doha

What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support for a 70+ person team across hardware, software, accounts, macOS, and Windows.
• Own end-to-end Day 1 onboarding, including accounts, devices, Okta provisioning, and access requests.
• Execute offboarding workflows, disable accounts, revoke access, recover equipment, and maintain audit-ready logs.
• Manage the access request queue and fulfill approved requests within a 2-hour SLA while routing Tier 2 and Tier 3 issues.
• Support conference-room AV, office networks, connectivity troubleshooting, and hardware logistics across MENA offices.
• Maintain runbooks and self-service resources to reduce recurring support requests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience, ideally in a startup environment.
• Practical experience with Okta provisioning, groups, and SSO troubleshooting.
• Experience managing onboarding and offboarding workflows with attention to security and access control.
• Ability to organize multiple open requests, work independently, and proactively surface issues.
• Clear communication with non-technical employees.
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi or Doha.

Nice to have

• Google Workspace administration experience.
• MDM experience with Jamf or Kandji.
• SOC 2 access control or IT audit exposure.
• Basic Python or Bash scripting.
