Senior Manager, Investor Relations (Ad Tech)

Location: Remote within the Pacific Time Zone, preferably California, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington State; compensation also lists approved US states and requires attendance at in-person gatherings at least once per quarter.

Salary: $130,000–$195,000 base annually, depending on approved US location and experience, plus bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including timelines, checklists, and cross-functional inputs.
• Draft and refine press releases, earnings decks, Q&A documents, and CEO/CFO scripts.
• Build and maintain investor relations infrastructure, including decks, roadshow materials, financial models, fact sheets, and reporting templates.
• Synthesize sell-side consensus estimates, investor feedback, shareholder composition, trading activity, and ownership changes.
• Conduct competitive and peer benchmarking against comparable public companies to inform investor messaging.
• Prepare management briefings and manage materials and logistics for investor meetings, conferences, analyst days, and non-deal roadshows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years.
• Knowledge of investor relations and adjacent finance, accounting, and corporate communications functions.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including financial statement analysis and public-company disclosure practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and technical concepts to executives, the Board, and investors.
• Experience building structure in dynamic environments, managing concurrent workstreams, and driving projects independently.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and discretion when handling confidential and material non-public information.
