Growth Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the European Union, Latin America, or the United Kingdom

Salary: £100,000–£110,000 GBP for UK candidates; $70,000–$170,000 USD for EU candidates. Latin America compensation is discussed during the interview process.

What you will do

• Own member growth and the prioritized backlog across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and referrals.
• Build measurement frameworks to size and evaluate growth opportunities using data and expected impact.
• Run end-to-end experiments, including hypothesis development, instrumentation, analysis, iteration, and stopping decisions.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate the path from ideas to shipped experiments.
• Lead collaboration across product, marketing, data, design, and engineering while communicating priorities and trade-offs to executives.
• Develop organic and viral growth loops using artist tools and promotional assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or growth, including 3+ years owning a subscriber, revenue, or retention KPI.
• Experience at a scaled consumer or self-serve software company.
• Ability to conduct experiments at scale, analyze data independently, and distinguish meaningful results from noise.
• Experience using AI tools to achieve measurable growth or productivity gains.
• Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into clear plans and explain complex decisions and trade-offs.
• Must be located in the European Union, Latin America, or the United Kingdom; visa, work permit, and program sponsorship are not available.
