Growth Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote in the European Union, Latin America, or the United Kingdom

UK salary range: £100,000–£110,000 GBP annually. EU salary range: $70,000–$170,000 USD annually. Latin America compensation is discussed during the interview process.

What you will do

• Own member growth and the prioritized backlog, including the measurement framework for evaluating growth opportunities.
• Manage the full growth funnel across acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and referrals.
• Design and run experiments end to end, from hypothesis and instrumentation through analysis, iteration, and stopping decisions.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate the process from growth ideas to shipped experiments.
• Lead a cross-functional growth team with engineering, data, design, and marketing partners.
• Build organic and viral growth loops using existing artist tools and promotional assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or growth.
• 3+ years owning a subscriber, revenue, or retention KPI at a scaled consumer or self-serve software company.
• Experience conducting experiments at scale, independently analyzing data, and distinguishing meaningful results from noise.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to achieve real growth or productivity gains.
• Ability to turn ambiguous ideas into executable plans, communicate trade-offs clearly, and adapt priorities based on data.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for visas, work permits, extensions, OPT/CPT, PGWP, Graduate Route, or similar programs.

• Familiarity with lifecycle and martech tooling.
