Lead Product Manager (AI Video Editing)

Location: San Francisco, CA or remote within the United States

Base salary: $225,000–$290,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the product direction for narrative editing, including script-first editing, recording, writing, and AI regeneration.
• Develop customer insights and use them to guide the editor roadmap.
• Improve product interactions and defaults so creators can produce polished, professional video.
• Partner with the AI Research team to launch features such as video regeneration and automatic speaker identification.
• Own recording, script generation, and translation flows for end-to-end video creation.
• Scale the product for larger teams and more complex workflows.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of product management experience.
• Experience shipping creative tools or workflow products that are simple for broad audiences while supporting sophisticated use cases.
• Strong systems thinking and experience designing intuitive end-to-end workflows.
• Experience with customer discovery and defining features that solve real user problems.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous product problems and translate ideas into action.
• Strong attention to product craft and interaction details.
