Customer Success Manager - UK (Cybersecurity)

Location: United Kingdom (on-site); customer coverage includes the United Kingdom and Ireland.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of customers as the primary post-sale contact.
• Lead onboarding and implementation to accelerate time-to-value.
• Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders and create customer success plans.
• Monitor account health, drive retention, and identify expansion opportunities with Sales.
• Lead QBRs and EBRs to demonstrate ROI, adoption, and customer value.
• Represent customer needs internally and collaborate with Product and Support on improvements and issue resolution.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience with SaaS, cybersecurity, or technical products.
• Ability to manage relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success driving retention and expansion.
• Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, organisation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience using CRM or customer success tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or HubSpot, with a data-driven approach.
