Software Engineer (AI/Medtech)

Salary: $170,000 – $300,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own large portions of the product surface area and drive roadmaps to deliver specific business outcomes.
• Lead zero-to-one product development from conceptualization through production, collaborating with GTM and operations teams.
• Build full-stack features top-to-bottom, including front-end, back-end, system design, debugging, and testing.
• Automate complex insurance coverage and affordability workflows using a combination of AI/ML, RPA, and scraping.
• Develop predictive and simulation models to forecast drug adoption rates and clinical trial site performance.
• Establish and improve engineering processes and tools to scale the codebase and team productivity.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills and general Computer Science knowledge.
• Relevant engineering experience at fast-growing product-driven companies.
• Proficiency in Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes.
• Must be based in or be able to work in person in New York.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal debates and external client relationships.
