What you will do

• Own the finance function end-to-end, transitioning it from COO oversight to a dedicated discipline.
• Manage FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and investor reporting.
• Partner with GTM and product leadership to define usage-based pricing and revenue metrics.
• Oversee finance operations such as treasury, AP/AR, payroll, and the monthly close process.
• Support strategic finance initiatives, including fundraising modeling and building investor-ready data infrastructure.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco and able to work 5 days in the office.
• 6+ years of experience in investment banking or strategic finance at a high-growth technology company.
• Hands-on expertise in financial modeling, month-end closes, and operational details.
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to partner effectively with founders and GTM teams.
• Proven ability to thrive in high-ambiguity environments and build systems from scratch.
