TL;DR
BU Controller / Business Partner (Finance): Managing financial reporting, FP&A/business partnering, taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis with an accent on end-to-end finance processes, accounting principles, and managerial oversight. What you will do
- Manage financial reporting and end-to-end finance processes for the business unit.
- Partner with business stakeholders on financial planning and analysis.
- Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and finance-related decision-making.
- Apply accounting principles and support taxation activities.
- Lead finance work in a managerial capacity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 10 years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A/business partnering, and taxation.
- At least 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- CPA certification is preferred; CMA, CFC, or equivalent certifications are also considered.

- Familiarity with IFRS 9.
