Product/Software Engineer-Infrastructure (GenAI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and improve cloud-based infrastructure focused on high availability, low latency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Integrate infrastructure components with product and research capabilities to improve system performance and user experience.
• Provide infrastructure expertise for new products and technology adoption across the existing product line.
• Build automation scripts, tools, and frameworks for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Implement security controls, analyze performance metrics, and drive data-based infrastructure improvements.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to open-source projects, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Professional experience: 7+ years in application and infrastructure design, implementation, or consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with infrastructure as code, configuration management, container orchestration, monitoring, and logging.
• Programming experience with Python, Node, Bash, Go, or Ruby, plus CI/CD pipelines and version control.

Nice to have

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
