Product/Software Engineer-Infrastructure (GenAI): Designing and operating scalable cloud-based infrastructure for enterprise GenAI products with an accent on high availability, low latency, cost efficiency, and security. Focus on automating deployment and monitoring, integrating infrastructure with product features, and optimizing performance across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
Location: Remote in Brazil

What you will do
- Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and improve cloud-based infrastructure for high availability, low latency, and cost efficiency.
- Integrate infrastructure components with GenAI product features in collaboration with engineering and research teams.
- Provide infrastructure expertise for new products and technology initiatives.
- Build automation scripts, tools, and frameworks for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Implement security controls, analyze performance metrics, and drive data-based infrastructure improvements.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to open-source projects, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructure.
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code, configuration management, container orchestration, monitoring, and logging.
- Programming experience with Python, Node, Bash, Go, or Ruby, plus CI/CD pipelines and version control.
Nice to have
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
