GenAI Engineer [Medior/Senior] (AI)

Location: Hybrid in A Coruña, Spain; Porto, Portugal; or Amsterdam, Netherlands. No mandatory office days are required.

What you will do

• Build AI integration layers and multi-agent solutions using modern LLM technologies.
• Launch AI projects from scratch and establish scalable, maintainable engineering practices.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, alerting, and unit tests.
• Gather business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders and Data teams throughout delivery.
• Benchmark and optimize backend and website performance.
• Use infrastructure and deployment tools including Terraform, Docker, and Helm.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience developing and deploying AI models and systems.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic architectures, Python, and frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience building AI pipelines, optimizing models, and deploying NLP or computer vision solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with model traceability, LLMOps, agent monitoring, lifecycle management, Git, CI/CD, and testing.
• Excellent written and verbal English is required.

Nice to have

• AWS Solutions Architect Professional or AWS Data Analytics certification.
• Snowflake certifications or experience with Snowflake Streams & Tasks, Snowpipe, data sharing, or governance.
