Business Development Specialist (Radiometric)

Location: Houston or elsewhere in Texas, United States; up to 50% overnight travel throughout the United States.

What you will do

• Identify, prospect, and build relationships with strategic customers and partners across assigned markets.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales, market share, and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales management, product management, and marketing on value messaging, sales tools, events, and market programs.
• Analyze competitor strategies and recommend product positioning and pricing approaches.
• Manage strategic and high-value sales projects and address customer problems, opportunities, and requirements.
• Use CRM to document activities, track assigned-market spending, and report performance to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two to four years of experience selling similar products into heavy process industries.
• Must be based in Houston or the state of Texas and able to travel regularly throughout the United States.
• Ability to lift and move 30 pounds and climb ladders.
• Comfort working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Ability to follow ISO 9001:20 procedures and work instructions and support customer and product quality requirements.
