Technical Lead (Data)

Location: San Francisco, United States; onsite 5 days per week

Salary: $200,000–$400,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the architecture and execution of the company and contact data pipeline.
• Define and deliver data ingestion initiatives from scoping through release.
• Set standards for data tooling, modeling practices, and documentation.
• Build data infrastructure, analytics, and insights for customer and internal decision-making.
• Partner with product, engineering, go-to-market teams, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a tech lead or equivalent, including setting technical direction and owning outcomes.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Experience owning a dbt project end to end.
• Experience with modern data warehouses such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Python proficiency for analysis and automation.
• Clear technical communication and the ability to align stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with go-to-market or revenue data.
